Do you take commissions?

Yes – whether it's a sculpture, illustration or interactive installation, you can request a commissioned work by filling out the form here. If it's something completely new, I'm up for the challenge too! Email me at claricengyl@gmail.com and we can discuss from there.

How long would it take to receive a commission or pre-order?

Commissioned and pre-ordered works typically take 1-2 months to complete, depending on the project's needs. Ceramic sculptures for example require sculpting, bisque firing, glazing and glaze firing process which takes 2-3 weeks in itself. Thank you for your patience and understanding of the time needed to go into craftmanship of the work. 

I’m keen to purchase a work that isn’t listed or is sold out – how can I purchase it?

If you are interested in a work that is not readily available, please email me at claricengyl@gmail.com to enquire further on its availability and price. Typically, one-off pieces that have been sold are still available on a pre-order basis.

When will you restock?

Every one to two months, whenever I have enough pieces really! Every restock would be a result of recent ceramic pieces or art prints that I have been working on. Handmade works take time, so thank you for your patience ♥

Where is my order and when will my order ship?

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation. Meanwhile, I'll be preparing your order with care. You'll get a shipping confirmation within 2-3 business days once your order is on its way. Each parcel will have a tracking number – so you can track your order through the indicated number and link until it reaches your doorstep.
